Color Meanings

White: purity, peace, spitituality, all-purpose color, can be used in place of any other color.

Black: grounding, protection, dissolving/banishing negative energies.

Yellow: communication, memory, intellect, creativity.

Blue: healing, wisdom, psychic awareness and protection, inspiration, truth, spirituality.

Green: ambition, fertility, healing, Earth energies, nature, abundance, good luck, harmony.

Red: energy, strength, sexuality, courage.

Orange: attraction, control, authority, ambition, vitality, personal strength, luck.

Purple: psychic ability, spiritual powers.

One thing i used to do:
-Have the candle at heart level on table, on what ever candle holder for purpose.
-Meditate to clear mind of irritations and thoughts, except the purpose at hand.
-Place both hands either sides of the candle, palms facing the flame, 3inches away from flame.
-IF the purpose is a person, then visualise with eyes closed till you feel they sitting on other side. When i get better at it, you be able to open your eyes and still feel them there like.
-You send what ever through flame, and then to where it going, whether healing, energy, scrying, etc.
-IF using flame for protection, visualise the flames light growing to cover you or house, by enlargening from flame to out side of what you trying to cover. Clean inside to out.
-I tend to blow the flame out, which to me is more "ending, finalised" than quenching the flame like in some candle majik rulz.

Pink: love, affection, friendship, compassion.

Black: Banishes adverse thoughts, entities and negativity,, releases the past, balances polarities. Binds negative forces, repels dark magick and negative thought forms.

Gold: Attracts positive influences connected to justice, career & financial matters, awakens enthusiasm, fast luck, great fortune, attracts powers of male deities/gods.

Silver: Stimulates and helps develop psychic abilities, removes negativity, attracts powers of female deities/goddesses.
